Plaintiff, Walt Disney Productions, brings this action for the recovery of federal income taxes paid as the result of the disallowance of claimed investment credit for negatives used by plaintiff as a producer of films for exhibition in theaters, on television and other non-theatrical entertainment. The theatrical films are entitled BIG RED and BON VOYAGE. Films prepared and marketed for television are CARNIVAL TIME...
