This is a direct appeal from the Circuit Court of Duval County which held that Ch. 70-134, Laws of Florida, is unconstitutional under Fla. Const., art. III, § 6 (1968) F.S.A., insofar as it purports to relate to the Small Claims Court of Duval County and the County Judges Court of Duval County.
