We now consider the effect of a mistrial on the computation of terms under Fla. Stat. § 915.01(2), F.S.A., relating to speedy trials.1 Our jurisdiction results from a conflict between the decision of the District Court, Third District, rendered below and State ex rel. Johnson v.
