The plaintiffs, B. C. Gregory, Consolidated Sales, Inc., and Distributor Products Corporation, instituted this action for conversion with prayer for exemplary damages against the defendant, Raymond E. Brosofske. The defendant filed a cross-action for damages for an alleged breach of a written lease agreement.
