Appellant, together with three codefendants, was indicted for breaking and entering a store building with intent to commit larceny, and larceny of a pickup truck. Appellant's trial by a jury resulted in a verdict of guilty upon which he was adjudged guilty and sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the state prison. The sole point raised on this appeal challenges the correctness of the trial court's order which denied appellant's motion to suppress...
