PER CURIAM.

This cause is before us on appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court, Duval County, imposing the death penalty.

Appellant, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was indicted for murder in the first degree in the death of Sidney Parnell, who died from a gunshot wound of the chest during a robbery at the Ribault Grocery Store in Duval County.
