This is a suit filed by Hartford Fire Insurance Company and Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, hereafter called petitioners, against the Caruso-Simoneaux Agency, Inc., Frank Caruso, Connie Caruso, and Ted Bagwell for certain premiums due from insurance sold by the Caruso-Simoneaux Agency, Inc., hereafter called "agency".
