PETERSON, Justice.

These are appeals from misdemeanor convictions arising out of the operation of a "photography studio" where, for a fee, any person may observe women "models" disrobe and posture in the nude.

Majesto Studio, located in Minneapolis, advertises itself as a photography studio where any person, upon paying the price of $17.50 per ½ hour, may view and photograph a model of his choice in one of its closed rooms. Defendant...
