MOSS, Chief Justice:

The record shows that on July 16, 1969, the GEX Liquor Store located in the Union Heights Section of Charleston County was robbed by three unmasked Negro males, at approximately 1:45 p.m., each of whom was armed with a pistol and more than $1,000 was taken from the cash register.
