RIVES, Circuit Judge:

The jury found the defendant-appellant guilty on each count of a two-count indictment returned against her and a co-defendant, Roy Rodriguez, Jr., who was not tried. The first count charged them with passing and uttering a forged United States money order, knowing the money order to have been forged, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 500. The second count charged them with retaining eleven stolen money orders having a value in excess of $100.00...
