The question before us in this case is how shall the trust estate be distributed.

The trustee's account was audited on June 22, 1971. John B. York, trust officer of Girard Trust Bank, the fiduciary, testified that it is ready to make distribution when the identities of the parties to whom the estate shall be awarded may be determined.

Testator died on May 28, 1940...
