This action is brought to foreclose a mortgage executed and delivered by the Standard Brewing Co., Inc., on November 28, 1956 to certain trustees under a trust indenture dated November 28, 1956 and given as collateral security for the payment of $290,000 of outstanding brewery bonds. Plaintiffs are the successor trustees. Aaron Lewis and Myron Lewis are now owners of the mortgaged premises...
