Willis Marion Woods obtained a divorce from Mildred Louise McGowen Woods on October 3, 1970. The wife was granted the care and custody of Jeffrey Layne Woods, six years of age, and plaintiff was ordered to pay defendant $120 per month for the support and maintenance of the minor child.
