This is a suit for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff Albert Terito as the result of an altercation in the lounge of the Oak Manor Motor Hotel in Baton Rouge. Terito suffered a severe injury to his right knee and aggravated an existing injury to his left ankle after defendant McAndrew knocked or shoved him off a bar stool and fell on top of him.
