ROBERTS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for robbery by firearms. The punishment was assessed by the jury at 36 years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.

The appellant relies on three grounds of error as follows: (1) The error in submitting to the jury the issue of violence; (2) Insufficient evidence to support a finding of robbery by firearms; and (3) The argument of the state that appellant was "a professional...
