BOWNES, District Judge.

This action, brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1343, alleges that the plaintiff has been deprived of rights guaranteed him under the Constitution of the United States in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The plaintiff was a school teacher in the City of Manchester, New Hampshire, and alleges that the hearing given him prior to his dismissal did not meet the constitutional requirements of due process of law, and, therefore...
