Plaintiff appeals an order of the Michigan State Tax Commission placing certain real property on the assessment roll at $100,700. The property consists of a resort, restaurant, and lounge located in Geneva Township in Van Buren County.

A hearing was held in March, 1969, after which the commission filed an order. Additional hearings were held on July 9 and July 24, 1969, to give plaintiff's counsel an opportunity to cross-examine the commission's staff...
