MURPHY, Justice.

Certiorari to review a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Commission denying compensation to Lloyd J. Debold in proceedings against H. P. Martell & Sons, contractor, and Joseph M. Miller, uninsured subcontractor. The commission concluded that at the time of relator's injury he was not an employee but was an independent subcontractor entitled to workmen's compensation benefits.
