This action was brought in the Superior Court for Pima County by plaintiff, Cornelius Chavez, against Pima County, a body politic, seeking damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when his automobile collided with a concrete abutment erected and maintained by defendant, Pima County, on a county highway.
