He had served approximately one month of the sentence imposed upon him for that offense in Mississippi when on July 13, 1959, he was released to North Carolina authorities to serve a sentence which had been imposed by that State for an offense, the nature of which the record does not reveal, prior to the one imposed by Mississippi.
