The plaintiff, represented by private counsel, was sentenced on February 2, 1966, by the Superior Court to imprisonment for not less than two nor more than six years, after he had pleaded guilty to the charge of indecent assault under General Statutes § 53-217, the sentence to be concurrent with time to be served for violation of parole. He filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus on February 15, 1968...
