OPINION BY HOFFMAN, J., March 23, 1971:

This is an appeal from the denial, after a hearing, of appellant's second Post Conviction Hearing Act petition. Appellant's court-appointed counsel submitted a two paragraph brief, which reads as follows:

"HISTORY OF THE CASE: Appellant was convicted of charges of armed robbery by the Honorable Vincent A. CARROLL after a plea of guilty and received a sentence of 20 to 40 years. Appellant filed a post-conviction petition...
