This is an appeal by the State from an order suppressing evidence.

On August 4, 1969, about 5:00 A.M., Miss Shirley Abbeduto was asleep in her Oak Lawn apartment when she was awakened by the arrival of her co-tenant and co-lessee, Gerina Luecht.
