The facts in this case are not in dispute. Plaintiff's decedent for years had been a stockholder, member, and patron of the defendant cooperative. He died on October 28, 1969, and the plaintiff, as administratrix of his estate, has included in the assets of the estate the capital stock which deceased held in the defendant cooperative, together with certain patronage credits which had accrued to his benefit for business done with the defendant...
