This appeal is from an order of the district court affirming the decision of a referee in bankruptcy, in which the bankrupt was adjudicated liable for claims of creditors totalling $14,366.68. About half of these claims arose from the debts of Milward Eubanks Trucking, Inc., a corporation of which the bankrupt was president and the principal shareholder.
