LOCKWOOD, Justice.

Curtis L. Johnson filed with this Court a petition to review the decision of the Court of Appeals, Curtis L. Johnson v. Industrial Commission, 13 Ariz.App. 310, 476 P.2d 163 (1970) which affirmed the award of the Industrial Commission entered April 11, 1969. The opinion of the Court of Appeals is vacated, the award of the Industrial Commission is affirmed.
