[1] Plaintiff was a passenger in the car of the defendant Baker when it was involved in an intersection collision with a car of the defendant Daniels. Her driver was charged with wilful and wanton misconduct and the defendant Daniels was charged with ordinary negligence. The jury returned a verdict finding the defendant Daniels not guilty and the defendant Baker guilty. Judgment...
