The plaintiffs, Alfred J. Marcolini, Sr., and Alfred J. Marcolini, Jr., father and minor son, sought a declaratory judgment determining whether a motorcycle is an automobile as the term "automobile" is used in an insurance policy issued by the defendant to the father.
