This is a suit on a promissory note. From an adverse judgment plaintiff brings this appeal.
Plaintiff, Mrs. Nelda Harrison, also known as Mrs. Brenza, was the divorced wife of Stanley W. Alexander, for whom subsequently her Succession was substituted as plaintiff through the testamentary executor of her estate, Eben Hardie, Jr.
