Plaintiff appeals, pursuant to leave granted, from a summary judgment in favor of defendants New Jersey Asphalt & Paving Company (hereinafter Asphalt Co.) and Lettieri & Bellezza Company (hereinafter Lettieri Co.), its successor in interest. Plaintiff's claims against defendants North Bergen Township and Public Service Coordinated Transport were not affected by the summary judgment and they are not here involved.
