Motion for reduction of a sentence of seven to fifteen years imposed on defendant on June 13, 1967 on a plea of guilty to a charge of armed robbery. The sentence has been put into operation. The defendant had served three years and ten months in State prison when his motion was filed on November 16, 1970.
