Respondent Jefferson was charged with conducting gambling by felony complaint. He was arraigned before the Seattle District Justice Court, at which time date was set for a preliminary hearing. Similarly, respondent Elquist was charged by felony complaint with credit card forgery, was arraigned before the Seattle District Justice Court, and received a preliminary hearing date.
