GRICE, Justice.

This review involves denial of motion for new trial, giving of two charges, and failure to give certain charges in a murder trial. The appellant Joe Will Favors was indicted for the homicide of his wife Ruby Pool Favors by the grand jury of Fulton County and was tried in the superior court of that country. Upon rendition of a verdict of guilty he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
