Appellants filed a complaint for declaratory judgment and have taken this appeal from the judgment entered on defendants' motion for summary judgment. The defendants' ground for their motion, which was accepted by the trial court, was the doctrine of res judicata. Although we have grave doubts as to the sufficiency of the complaint, see Lecky v.
