Appellant Hoss has appealed from an order of the Circuit Court for Allegany County denying his motion to dismiss two indictments against him. The pertinent facts are these: On October 9, 1969 appellant was indicted by the Grand Jury of Allegany County, Maryland for the kidnapping of Linda Mae Peugot, her two year old daughter Lori, and for the larceny of an automobile....
