("Baxter"), appeals from a Kent County Circuit Court judgment entered January 12, 1970, affirming a referee's finding and the Michigan Employment Security Appeal Board's order transferring 95.5% of the employment security employer's rating account previously maintained for defendant Grand Rapids Industrial Painting Co.
