The appellant, Dr. Platon L. Gerachis, is the owner of residential property located at 12015 Falls Road and Victory Lane in the subdivision known as Beverly Farms, Potomac, Maryland. Since 1966 he has engaged in the practice of dentistry at this location which he also uses as a residence, purportedly, pursuant to Section 111-7a of the Zoning Ordinance, which permits a professional office in a single family dwelling where...
