The Proposed Subdivision

DUNCAN, J.

Gates Mills Boulevard is a divided highway running through the village of Pepper Pike. An undedicated median strip of land 100 feet wide divides the two dedicated 60-foot-wide roadways of the boulevard. A portion of the median strip between Brainard Circle and Lander Circle, approximately one mile long, is the land appellant proposes to subdivide.
