In a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County defendant was found guilty of the crimes of murder, rape and burglary and sentenced to concurrent terms of not less than 75 nor more than 199 years on the murder conviction and not less than 50 nor more than 150 years on each of the convictions of rape and burglary.
