Petitioner, owner of a substandard lot in a residence B zone in the Village of Sea Cliff, sought a variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals of the village which would permit utilization of the lot for a residence. The zoning ordinance, enacted in 1960, required a minimum of 100 feet frontage and a minimum of 10,000 square feet for lots in this zone. Petitioner's property had less than half the frontage...
