This is a concursus proceeding provoked by Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation wherein the plaintiff, as holder of mineral leases on a tract of land situated in Acadia Parish, Louisiana, deposited certain funds into the registry of the court and impleaded the adverse claimants thereto.
