Plaintiffs, Emmett J. Charbonnet and his subrogee insurer, United States Fire Insurance Company, instituted this suit against the defendant, Orkin Exterminating Company, endeavoring to recover the sum of $1,657.501, representing the cost of repairing termite damage to the Charbonnet home.
