The defendant-appellant, J. L. Richardson Company, appeals herein from an adverse judgment ordering the payment to the Collector of Revenue of the State of Louisiana, plaintiff-appellee, the sum of $19,109.79 together with interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum from December 5, 1965, to December 5, 1969, and three percent (3%) per annum thereafter until paid. The assessment and judgment is based upon the failure of J. L. Richardson Company...
