The Defendant has appealed from judgments entered in the Superior Court upon jury verdicts in favor of the Plaintiff, Mrs. Waterman, for property damage and personal injuries suffered by her as a result of a collision between her automobile and Defendant's tractor and in favor of her husband for consequential damages.
