Defendant-appellant, Ronald Jordan, was convicted by a jury of first-degree murder committed during an armed robbery. MCLA § 750.316 (Stat Ann 1971 Cum Supp § 28.548). He was sentenced to life imprisonment. From his conviction he appeals of right.
