Appellant pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing narcotics in violation of D.C. Code 1967, § 33-402.1 A motion was made to allow withdrawal of the plea on the ground that there had been a change in the law which would now prevent a review after sentencing of the appellant's pre-trial motion to suppress. The motion to withdraw the plea was denied. On this appeal we are asked to have appellant's plea vacated...
