The above defendant was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of section 1037 of The Vehicle Code on August 6, 1971. Following an alleged "walk-the-line" test, defendant was taken to the State Police barracks at Carlisle where he was given a chemical test of his breath.
