Appellant Lloyd D. Eggan came to trial at 7 p.m. on December 8, 1969 in the Upper Kittitas County District Court located in Cle Elum. The charge was disorderly conduct, apparently arising out of a traffic incident, and the complaint was signed by a private citizen.
