BRAILSFORD, Justice:

The City of Myrtle Beach brought this action to enjoin the defendants from operating a children's dancing school in their home in alleged violation of the zoning ordinance of the municipality. The court below, rejecting the recommendation of the master in equity, found that a dancing school was not among the uses permitted within the residential district in which the defendants reside, and issued the injunction.
