Gray, the plaintiff-appellant herein while employed by Prestressed Concrete Products Company, Inc., was injured while his company was doing work for the defendant-appellee, Louisiana Power and Light Company, hereinafter referred to as LP & L, under a written contract for the construction of foundations for tower sites near Taft, in St. Charles Parish.
